Starry night Christmas tree!!

Hello Friends,

This is the month of celebration and spreading love with all our friends and family. The theme this month at Happy Little Stampers is Anything Goes but I chose to do a christmas theme painting I hope you all will like it.

To make this painting i used the following colours

Pthalo Blue

Pthalo Green

Titanium white

Black

Cadmium red

Cadmium yellow

Brushes:- Flat brush

                 Small Round brush

                 Detail brush 000

Started with a wash of blue and covered the canvas completely using to and fro strokes for the back ground. 

Next I used diluted titanium white for the splatter technique to create a starry sky in the backdrop.

Also used the same titanium white to create some sparkling stars made it using crosses and plus signs.

Used a stippling brush to create the snow banks on the sides of the little path.

 Created the tree and used the back of a pencil to create the ornaments.
